Executive Vice President Joshua Gamez today announced “East Coast Facilities, Inc. has negotiated to lease prime commercial real-estate in South East Broward County, for the launch of its Commercial Landscape Management Services Division into the South Florida Market.” “This facility places us within 5 minutes of the I-95 Corridor.” East Coast Facilities, Inc. began providing Janitorial & Facility Maintenance services late in 2015 to the area. Gamez further added “we will be offering these services initially to Miami-Dade County and select cities in Broward County, including Davie, Pembroke Pines, Weston & Miramar and intend on expanding North by early 2017.” The firm announced it will work with local officials to complete the major Tenant Fit-out currently underway at its new facility, which includes construction of new offices, security, fleet maintenance & warehousing.
