East Coast Facilities Invests in Trenton, Continues Expansion into New Jersey

Allentown Pennsylvania – East Coast Facilities Inc., today announced the acquisition of a commercial property in Trenton New Jersey. The new satellite will provide added support to the company’s growing operations in Central New Jersey, focusing on job sites within a 15-20 mile radius of the Capital . The satellite will report to the regional hub, known as the ASC (Allentown Service Center), following closely the “Hub and Spoke” business model adopted by the Company.

Jason Nemec, Vice President, and New Jersey native commented,

Our Hub and Spoke model, puts a service center in a strategic location, and then we systematically build out satellite locations that align our teams closer to the work. This results in fewer overheads, and provides our  management team the critical infrastructure to manage our operations as efficiently as possible. Trenton is a perfect launch pad.”

East Coast will provide most of its service line directly out of the new Trenton Satellite, including general facility repair services, commercial painting, snow and ice management, and landscape maintenance services. East Coast Facilities is very unique in that it self-performs services and does not simply sub-contract out the work to third parties.

Jeremy Wood, a Project Manager with the company commented,

Jeremy Wood has been assigned to head up the expansion into Central New Jersey. He will oversee all day to day operations of the Satellite, including, recruiting personnel, training, general fleet management, and overseeing market production.
