ECF Taps “The Family” For Leadership Expansion

Allentown Pennsylvania – East Coast Facilities Inc., today announced the addition of a General Manager to take over responsibilities for the company’s Eastern Pennsylvania & New Jersey operations, this time going to the family. Justin Gámez, a Whitehall Pennsylvania resident, and younger brother of CEO Joshua Gámez, will take the reigns of the company’s rapid expansion in the region.

The brothers worked together for many years earlier in their careers. A little over a decade ago Justin sought to gain experience in the construction world, joining a large civil construction company in New Jersey specializing in complex corporate projects. The younger Gámez served as a Director for the company overseeing multi-million dollar projects. Now it was time for Justin to “come home”, CEO Joshua Gámez commented.

“Justin is part of our family, and also happens to be highly qualified.” mentioned the older Gámez, adding “when ECF was launched in 2015, we were focused on setting the foundation, the systems, and infrastructure. We have taken market share, and quickly gained the respect of the industry, but now it is go-time, and we need to start bringing the family together.”

Justin will bring valuable construction experience to the company, which plans to expand into heavy landscape construction projects up and down the east coast of the United States. The move will allow CEO Joshua Gámez to focus on strategic company initiatives as expansion presses forward.

The younger Gámez commented, “I am sitting here watching my brother and his team literally blow up a company with military precision. Even a competitor has to have respect for the deliberate manner in which ECF was put on the map.” he added, “When my brother came to me and said “it’s time”, I did not even think about it.”
