East Coast Facilities Announces Promotion of Mario Ferraioli to Operations Manager

Allentown, PA – October 2^nd, 2025 – East Coast Facilities (ECF), the nation’s fastest-growing snow removal company and a leader in self-performed facility services, today announced the promotion of Mario Ferraioli to Operations Manager. 

Ferraioli joined ECF more than two years ago as Production Manager at the Harrisburg Service Center. In that role, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in high-pressure environments, built strong relationships across teams, and delivered results that supported ECF’s record growth. 

“Mario was chosen for this promotion because it was the natural next step,” said Justin B. Gamez, Director of Operations. “Over the past couple of years, he has consistently proven his ability through hard work, dedication, and loyalty. As Operations Manager, Ferraioli will oversee operational performance with a focus on financial results, customer and employee retention, and advancing ECF’s core policies and values. He will leverage ECF’s enterprise-level systems and fully self-performed service model to deliver consistency, safety, and scalability to clients across the company’s growing national footprint.
