East Coast Facilities Appoints Maureen H. Thomson, CPA, CVA, MAFF, as Chief Financial Officer 

Allentown, PA – October 9^th, 2025 – East Coast Facilities, Inc. today announced the appointment of Maureen H. Thomson, CPA, CVA, MAFF, as its new Chief Financial Officer, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing national expansion and growth strategy.

Maureen Thomson brings more than two decades of experience across public accounting, global industrial manufacturing, construction, and private equity. Her career includes leadership roles at Victaulic Company, an international industrial manufacturer, as well as with a pioneering fintech company and a private equity firm specializing in the building and construction industry. This diverse background gives her a rare 360-degree perspective on business performance and value creation – insight that will strengthen East Coast Facilities’ foundation as it scales nationally.

Beyond her professional achievements, Thomson is active in her community, serving as Treasurer and Trustee with the Foundation for the Bethlehem Area School District and Co-Founder, Secretary, and Treasurer with the Lehigh Valley Steel Basketball Club. She resides in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Sean, and their sons, Ted and Carter.
